01 Acceptance of Terms

2. All deposits must be made using supported payment methods, including FPX, local bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the deposit page.
3. Standard withdrawal requests will be processed within three (3) business minutes upon system approval. Cases requiring manual review may take longer.

6. Any taxes or charges imposed by the receiving bank are the member's sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Lv88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

1. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
3. Lv88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
4. The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
5. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
6. If a member submits a withdrawal request before the bonus wagering requirements have been met, lv88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus before processing the withdrawal.

06 Game Rules

1. All game outcomes generated by the lv88 Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be contested.
2. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, lv88 will endeavour to restore the state to its pre-disruption status. If restoration is not possible, lv88 reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance.
3. The use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

07 Member Conduct

1. Members are required to interact with fellow members and lv88 staff courteously and respectfully across all communication platforms.
2. The use of profanity, threats, discriminatory statements, or any form of harassment is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Members must not share their account login credentials with any other party. lv88 is not responsible for any losses arising from such sharing.
4. Any activity suspected of involving money laundering or terrorism financing will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

1. Lv88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
2. Members who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting the lv88 customer support team. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the review process.
3. In cases of termination due to fraud or serious violations, lv88 reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings in the account concerned.
4. Members whose accounts have been terminated due to violations are not permitted to re-register using a different identity or information.

09 Limitation of Liability

1. Lv88 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses suffered by members arising from use of the platform, unless such losses result from lv88's own gross negligence.
2. Lv88 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions that cannot be avoided.
3. All decisions to play and the amount wagered are entirely at the member's discretion. lv88 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
